The EL1 Strategic and Operational Reporting (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the risk functions of the NDIA. The position is an important team leadership position within the NDIA and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. It will provide the leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership and assigned Contractors working within the work area. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Contributing to the design and implementation of a fraud and compliance performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring and reporting and escalation thresholds.
• Providing advice and assistance in the establishing of reporting dashboards and templates to provide data for CRO Division reporting cadence.
• Providing advice and procedural guidance on the incorporating of data into designated ongoing performance and operational reports.
• Coordinating and presenting briefs and reports that draw on evidence-based analysis for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive and the Board’s committees. (NOTE: the key responsibilities of the role are based on current priorities and may change over time)
