Overview and Responsibilities
The Department of Education, Skills and Employment requires the services of agile coaches to mentor ICT teams
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated Agile experience, including with Scrum and other similar frameworks
- Portfolio and Program Management and Governance
- Demonstrated experience introducing Agile into the enterprise
- Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills
Desired Criteria
Previous Scrum Master experience
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Extensive experience working in government
Security Clearance
Ability to obtain baseline clearance
Contract Extensions
Two x 12 month extension options
