End User Computing Technical resource is required to lead a Desktop Modernisation Project, which is delivering a number of Microsoft Services, including an updated version of Microsoft Office (Office 365 Pro Plus), OneDrive, Microsoft Intune and a new Windows Virtual Desktop. The EUC Technical resource will be required to work with Treasury BAU team and Project


Manager to deliver the required project outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • End User Computing development, upgrade and improvements.
  • Issue resolution and debugging.
  • Deployment assistance and preparation.
  • Level 3 support, monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Engagement with business end users.
  • First point contact for all technical aspects of the Project.
  • Technical advise and support related to the Project.

Essential Criteria

  • Microsoft SCCM Current branch configuration and administration
  • Application packaging in App-V and msi technologies
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and administrating Office 365
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and administrating Windows 10
  • Scripted Automation experience with Powershell
  • Task sequence creation and maintenance using SCCM CB
  • Virtual Desktop Image Optimisations
  • GPO Design and administration
  • Experience in administering and configuring MDM managed IOS Devices
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Professional Communication Skills
