This request seeks to engage up to four (4) highly suitable and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM subject matter experts to assist the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment with the ongoing technical and business support of its Dynamics 2013 business solutions (Environmental Impacts Assessments System, Wildlife Trade, Hazardous Waste, Non-Road Spark Ignition Engine and Equipment, Parks, Seizures, Communication Information Unit). The primary requirements is business as usual support but as the above solutions are rebuilt into D365, assistance with project work relating to this and subsequent D365 business as usual support of these and other internally built D365 systems may also be required, at the discretion of the Department.
