Overview and Responsibilities

The Agency seeks to engage a suitable Supplier for the provision of support in authoring knowledge management articles and migrating content to a centralised library to enable the operation of the new Salesforce client record management system. The primary requirement is for content writers to write knowledge management articles which will display within the Salesforce system, which will enable users to complete tasks on screen. Knowledge management and subject expertise are not required - NDIA will ensure that subject matter experts oversee the content being developed. The requirement covers: (a)Translating relevant information from existing SOPs, OGs, letters, forms and other guidance materials, from across all Salesforce users, into knowledge products that can be displayed in context within Salesforce; (b)Writing new guidance required to support the operation of the Salesforce system; (c)Working with Agency SMEs to ensure accuracy of content and that guidance is fit for purpose which includes ; (d)All guidance and resources mirror language standards used in existing OGs (plain English, accessible formatting); (e)Writing of knowledge products that support all Agency teams using Salesforce from 1 July 2022; (f)Capacity to increase personnel over three phases, as per schedule outlined in the requirements document (g)Day to day supervision and management of Supplier staff. On site in Geelong or Melbourne Office (CBD) for at least three days per week as per NDIA working from home policy. Please refer to the 'Requirements document' for further information. Essential Criteria

1. Demonstrated capacity to increase personnel
2. Demonstrated expertise in Knowledge Management and Salesforce required for at least some personnel
3. Personnel must demonstrate: •Significant experience in writing procedural and/or decision making guidance •Demonstrated experience writing for digital environment •Significant experience with writing in plain English •Demonstrated expertise in Knowledge Management and Salesforce required for at least some personnel •Knowledge of Accessibility – WCAG 2.0

Desired Criteria

1. Expertise in government/understanding of NDIA/government environment
2. Understanding of inclusivity principles, and the need to design and implement guidance accessible to all staff

Security Clearance

Pre-engagement Checks will be undertaken by NDIA and commencement is subject to the Specified Personnel meeting the standard in relation to the Pre-Engagement Check requirements. The Contractor must comply with and ensure ongoing compliance with the Pre-Engagement Checks. NDIA welcome candidates that hold the right to work within Australia
