The Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer should have extensive experience working on projects delivered using Agile. You will be responsible for developing Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple projects. Successful applicant should be located in Canberra. Remote working is also considered. The successful candidate will be part of the applications team and potentially work on a number of Dynamics 365 projects currently in development at Finance. GovCMS CRM – A solution based on the Dynamics 365 Sales module, it is been built to manage the sale of Whole of Government Content Management Services. PCD CRM – A solution utilising the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, PCD is using this solution to manage cases in relation to Whole of Government Property Services. PCD is looking to further enhance the CRM to improve their business processes including integrating exchange online. DPS CRM – A custom solution built from Power Apps, the DPS team will use this solution to manage their bespoke case management requirement. Experience & Skills: Experience configuring and customising MS Dynamics 365, including the Customer Service and Sales modules, PowerApps and custom workflows. Dynamics reporting and view configuration and customisation. Experience configuring and integrating MS Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft 365 products including, but not limited to SharePoint and Exchange Online. Strong technical, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a willingness to participate in workshops and agile / scrum ceremonies. Perform a coaching role and share their knowledge and experience.
