Overview and Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator role exists to provide project management support, quality control and guidance to all projects within specified programs of work, promoting PMO standards, tools and templates, and to provide support to stream Project Managers, capability leads and members. The role will be expected to be able to interact effectively across a diverse range of skillsets including ICT experts, vendor management, human resources and recruitment, technical writing, procurement and PMO functions. To be successful in the role the Program Coordinators must be agile and able to adapt to evolving needs of the program, meet deadlines, sustain high quality outputs, marshal broad expertise towards common outcomes, and have a meticulous approach to project documentation and standards. Each Program Coordinator will be expected to operate as part of the team of Program leadership team within the ROBUST Program. Within this role will be flexibility to influence and utilise their expertise to enhance the overall outcomes of the program. Market Briefing will not be held for this opportunity. Security Clearance
At commencement: 1. be eligible for Baseline Security Clearance at a minimum and NV1 Security Clearance where required by the Bureau, and 2. have up-to-date police check with no qualifications or disclosable outcomes. Security Clearance, candidates are required to meet certain pre-screening requirements, including evidence of Australian citizenship.
