Overview and Responsibilities

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead a team into a new development Project.

Essential Criteria

  1. Demonstrated Agile experience, including with Scrum and other similar frameworks
  2. Portfolio and Program Management and Governance
  3. Demonstrated experience introducing Agile into the enterprise
  4. Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills

Desired Criteria

  1. Previous Scrum Master experience
  2. Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  3. Extensive experience working in government

Security Clearance

Must have current baseline clearance

Contract Extensions

Potential for an extension based on funding availability
