Overview and Responsibilities

The department is seeking the services of one experienced Program increment facilitator to aid in the planning of several ICT projects. These projects will be run as a program which is in early stages of definition and establishment.

Essential Criteria

Experience in facilitating client program workshops
Demonstrated experience in the development of Program increment plans
Demonstrated experience managing projects using agile principles in a highly dynamic operational environments
Cultural fit for working in a highly dynamic environment with a multidisciplinary team of both business and technology resources

Ability to obtain baseline clearance
