The Treasury is seeking an experienced Level 2 SharePoint Administrator to assist with their Projects. The SharePoint Administrator will:

1. Provide Level 2 Support for the SharePoint information management platform (permissions, site configurations, metadata management, etc. excluding software development or infrastructure management)
2. Communicate information management policies and requirements to Treasury stakeholders
3. Work with the SharePoint Development Team to resolve technical issues and enable a consistent end user experience and accessibility to content
4. Develop training resources for SharePoint users and Level 1 Service Desk Support, where required and as directed
5. Conduct technical training for SharePoint Content Managers
6. Under the direction of the Agency Information Manager, contribute to the development of information management policies and strategies
7. Under the direction of the Agency Information Manager, contribute to the records-management of SharePoint content (transfers, disposals, migrations) in accordance with Treasury’s Information Governance Framework and the Archives Act 1983.
8. Along with the Information Strategy Team, enable provision of a consistent, efficient and compliant information and records management environment at Treasury
