Overview and Responsibilities

The ICT Infrastructure Services & Support within the ICT Branch is responsible for delivery of all ICT Operations that underpin the business of the Australian Communications and Media Authority through its strategic partnership with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and social inclusion with other government departments

Essential Criteria

The successful resource will have the following:

  1. Proven experience and detailed operational knowledge of the following server-based applications/services:
  2. Active Directory 2016/201
  3. Microsoft Azure & Office 365
  4. Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
  5. Microsoft Hyper-V
  6. Skype for Business
  7. Exchange 2016/Exchange Online
  8. Windows 10 Operating System

 

Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance is Essential

 

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies administration and implementation.

  1. Citrix XenServer 7.x and above
  2. Kemp Loadmaster
  3. Commvault Simpana
  4. Polycom Video Conferencing
  5. Cybersecurity awareness
